Pre-Approval is a lenders conditional commitment stating how much you can borrow for a home, based on you specific qualifications.

Pre-approval takes about 2 days, depending on your individual factors, and what documents you might need to collect. You should expect to see about 15 homes before finding the one. And a typical closing is 30 days. So the home buying process could take between 45 days to 5 months, depending on available listings and how many homes you view.

Signing an Exclusive agreement with a real estate agent allows your agent to work as a coach from day one.
